Our stickers are made with thick, durable waterproof vinyl to protect stickers from scratches, water & sunlight. They're even dishwasher safe!

 

WHOLESALE

We offer wholesale pricing! You can shop our wholesale catalogue on Faire.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 1 week after being placed. We have up to 7 business days to make and package your items and then your order will be shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of being shipped.

Orders including a preorder or made to order item may take longer to ship, please refer to the preorder listing for more details.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived please wait a few days, sometimes the USPS system is delayed as a result of packages being scanned prematurely or out of order by USPS. It will normally arrive in the next day or two.

​If your package never arrives please contact USPS as we have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands.

 

INVALID ADDRESS

If your address registers as an invalid address, we will contact you and your order will not be shipped until we receive a response with a valid address. 

If your order is shipped back to us due to an invalid address you are responsible for covering the cost to reship the item to your correct address.

 

RETURNS

We currently do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at stringsnthingsshopma@gmail.com with your Order number in the subject line and we will try to help as best we can!
